Stephanie Brown graduated as a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Toronto in 2012. She completed an Honours biology degree from Sir Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Toronto.

Stephanie has a warm and gentle approach with her patients. She is very comfortable working with children and can put at ease even the most anxious of patients. In addition to her regular practice, Stephanie has spent time providing comprehensive dental care in a remote Northern Alberta community as well as working in an emergency dental clinic servicing southwestern Ontario. Stephanie is an active member of the Ontario Dental Association and the Toronto Central Dental Society and considers herself to be a lifelong learner. She regularly attends courses and workshops to expand her scope of practice and to keep up to date with the latest technologies in the field of dentistry.

Stephanie believes herself to be a community dentist, engaging in long lasting relationships with her patients. She believes in offering judgement free advice and creates a safe space for discussing oral health.

Stephanie is a mother to three young boys and loves spending her free time exploring with them and her husband. She can often be found spending time with her family outdoors, be it on the ski slopes, playing tennis or helping her boys catch creepy crawly creatures on any shoreline or murky riverbed​.

DR. BRIAN CHAPNICK
Care Comes First
Dr Brian Chapnick graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry in 1976 after completing a Bachelor of Science degree. He then went on and completed an internship at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, which included experience at a northern Ontario outreach clinic. Dr. Chapnick joined his father in general practice in 1979 and together, they have concentrated on developing a successful preventive oriented family practice. They are thrilled to join with Dr Stephanie Brown, who will continue to add new skills and vigour to the practice.
Professional development has included being heavily involved in organized dentistry, serving on, chairing and presiding as President of several significant dental organizations. One of his favourite projects was the re-development and completion of a state of the art, community based geriatric dental clinic at Baycrest Health Sciences in Toronto.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Brian Chapnick is committed to his 2 grown children and extended family. Pass times include piano, ham radio and cottage life.
